Ordering Policy


When placing orders, We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice for all catering and meal prep orders. 

However, if you have specific need, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Payments


  • A full payment is due when the order is placed for all online orders.

  • Stephens’ Smokehouse accepts the following payment methods: POS, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash App, and PayPal. If using Cash App or PayPal, orders must be prepaid and a access code will be given to order online. Alternative methods can be made through our custom order forms or in person ordering.

  • Because we are determined to deliver the best food, we have a process to prep your meals, marinate, and season your proteins. With that said, all orders are final and we cannot make any additional transactions, including refunds, until you’ve received your food. If you are dissatisfied with your food or in the unlikely event you’ve received the wrong order, please contact us immediately at (301) 789-9251.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit of your catering order is required to secure your event date. Four days prior to the start of the event, the remaining deposit is required in full.

 

Delivery


  • We recommend picking up your orders however, we’ve made it easier to bring your food to you.

    • All dinners and meal preps pick ups are only on Sundays.

  • Online, we accept deliveries within a limited area within Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.

  • When ordering online, you will automatically be charged a delivery charge:

    • $50 flat travel fee within a 10 mile coverage range

  • Prices subject to change depending on delivery area.

  • All Drop off orders are delivered within a 30 minute window. 

  • While we try our best to deliver at the exact time indicated, please allow 15 minutes on either side of your selected time for your order to be delivered. 

  • Drop off orders will be delivered in ready to serve disposable aluminum containers.

  • Should you need a Sterno and/or chaffing tins to keep your food warm, at an additional cost, for a longer period of time, please feel free to contact us.

 

cATERING & sPECIAL eVENTS


  • For full service catering and private events, please feel free to contact us up to 2-4 weeks in advance.
