In all seriousness, we believe in creating authentic, homemade, delicious, finger lickin’ food.

We at Stephens’ Smokehouse strive to deliver only the best and with that comes a promise that when you order, you’ll love what we deliver. Our unique process of preparing your food and putting it in our smokers takes a lot of effort and time to bring out the best. With that said, all orders are final and we cannot make any additional transactions, including refunds, until you’ve received your food.

If you are dissatisfied with your food, we require you to submit a picture of what is left of the meal and your reasons for being dissatisfied. This is more so required for feedback purposes.

We want to serve you and others better in the future.
